These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spider Murphy’s Tattoo website and your interactions with Spider Murphy’s Tattoo (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or disrupt services). Content on our site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

2) Appointments, Requests, and Communication

Submitting an inquiry or tattoo request does not guarantee an appointment. Availability varies by artist and project scope. We may contact you by phone, email, or text to follow up on your inquiry.

3) Pricing / Quotes

We do not provide pricing through automated chat or without project details. Accurate pricing depends on size, placement, complexity, and time required. To receive an accurate quote, provide your idea, placement, approximate size, and 1–3 references so the shop/artist can review.

4) Deposits, Payments, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Deposit and rescheduling policies may apply and will be communicated during booking.

Theo Online Booking Deposit

For online bookings with Theo Mindell, a $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. Deposit terms (including how reschedules/cancellations are handled) will be confirmed by the shop at the time of booking or upon request.

If you miss an appointment or reschedule late, deposits may be forfeited or a new deposit may be required, depending on the policy shared during booking.

5) Health and Safety Disclaimer

Tattooing involves inherent risks (including infection, allergic reactions, or healing complications). You agree to disclose relevant medical concerns and follow aftercare instructions from your artist. We do not provide medical advice.

6) Aftercare

Healing results vary. If you experience unusual symptoms (excessive redness, heat, swelling, discharge, fever), contact a medical professional promptly and notify the shop.

7) Intellectual Property and Artwork

All site content, including logos, photographs, flash designs, and artwork, may be protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Custom tattoo designs and flash remain the artist’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8) Photos and Portfolio Use

We may request permission to photograph or record your tattoo for portfolio/marketing use. You may decline. If you grant permission, you can later request that we stop using a specific post where reasonably possible.

9) Text Message Terms

If you opt in to receive texts:

- Message and data rates may apply

- Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help

- Consent is not a condition of purchase

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
